Introduction

Hello, my name is Kayleigh and I am the founder of Fleur et Ours Fabrics. Fabric enthusiast, sewist and crafter, I established this fabric and haberdashery shop to provide a choice vibrant materials, ideal for the eclectic creator, delivering them more consciously. Everyday we endeavour to provide a high quality and personal service.

Purchases

Our fabric is sold by varied increments, please check each listing and if you have any questions about a fabric you can email us via the contact us page, we will respond promptly.

Multiple cuts of the same fabric will be sent as one continuous length where possible. All our products are sold in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)

Should you have any questions with regards to our products and customer service, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at hello@fleuretours.com.

If you are unsure of a product, we are happy to assist and samples are available free of charge, up to five samples per request. Please email your requests along with your postal address. We do our best to ensure our photographs are a high quality we recommend not to rely upon them alone as colours can vary between screens, monitors and settings.

Handling, Returns and Product Care

Once you have received your order, we can no longer accept responsibility for the fabric.

We recommend that you wash your fabric before use following care instructions for the fabric type. Please be aware that fabrics may experience some shrinkage and therefore it is best to wash before cutting your fabric.

Should the product you receive be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@fleuretours.com . We cannot accept fabric that has been cut, washed, or tampered with, and cannot provide refunds for cut fabric including excess, remnants etc.

Once you have contacted us about your faulty product we will arrange for you to post the product back to us. Please note, if the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your product we will review and issue a refund within five (5) working days. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund if the product has been tampered with, washed, or altered.
