Delivery

Orders within the UK are dispatched with Royal Mail, free shipping is 2nd class, but you can opt for first class which typically arrives 1-2 days after posting. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of you placing the order, however during busy periods this may take longer.

For large orders we may upgrade postage to courier service.

Our shipping is free or a fee of £1.50 flat rate for upgrading to 1st class. Orders over £35 in value quailify for free shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping hass be paused until we are able to manage the new administrative matters imposed under the changed laws due to BREXIT. Thank you for your patience and we hope to resume shipping to all countries within the Europe Zone on Royal Mail’s site (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides) again soon. We will endeavour to dispatch international orders within 1 week. Shipping will be a flat rate of £15 and sent by International Tracked & Signed, which Royal Mail aim to deliver between 3 to 7 working days.

Please note some disturbance to the service may be expected due to Brexit and the ongoing pandemic. This service is fully tracked online so you can remain up to date on your order.

Some Countries are subject to import taxes and VAT upon arrival, please be advised that customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred on their order upon arrival in the destination country. It varies by Country so we recommend you check before placing your order

Other Countries/Zones aren’t currently supported as yet, but this system is being worked on and we hope to roll this out very soon.

Returns

Should the product you receive be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@fleuretours.com. We cannot accept fabric that has been cut, washed, or tampered with, and cannot provide refunds for cut fabric including excess, remnants etc.

Once you have contacted us about your faulty product we will arrange for you to post the product back to us. Please note, if the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your product we will review and issue a refund within five (5) working days. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund if the product has been tampered with, washed, or altered.

Lost Parcels and Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that your address is listed correctly at checkout to ensure that your order is delivered successfully.

Royal Mail does not recognise a package as missing unless it has been undelivered for 15 days. Please communicate to us if you believe your package is missing after 15 days, via email to hello@fleuretours.com.

COVID-19

Please keep in mind that shipping and delivery has been severley affected by the current pandemic. You may experience extra delay with your order. You can check online with Royal Mail for service updates as well as considering the extended delivery times during these difficult times.
